The group has built and developed 5 shopping and entertainment centers in Lithuania & Latvia. AKROPOLIS GROUP currently manages 5 shopping and entertainment centers: AKROPOLIS in Vilnius, Klaipeda and Siauliai, Lithuania as well as AKROPOLE and ALFA, which was purchased in 2021, in Riga, Latvia.

Vilnius Akropolis Vingis

It is a multifunctional culture, entertainment, business and shopping complex in Vilnius Vilkpėdė district, developed in the territory of the former Velga factory. The new complex of buildings will house a 2,500-seat concert hall, a conference centre, a cinema complex, shopping, catering, office and co-living spaces. The spaces of different functions will not be concentrated in a single building, but arranged on the principle of a city complex, separated by open-air and covered inner streets and alleys.

„ALFA“ Riga

ALFA  is one of the most popular shopping destinations in Riga. In 2019 Alfa underwent an extension involving the construction of a three-storey retail building and a multi-storey car park. Following the extension, Alfa became the biggest shopping centre in Latvia, offering the widest range of products and services, food & beverage, catering and entertainment options for the whole family.
