The international credit rating agencies S&P Global Ratings (S&P) and Fitch Ratings (Fitch) have assigned long-term issuer ratings to Akropolis Group UAB, the leading shopping and entertainment centre development and management company in the Baltic countries.
Fitch Ratings has assigned Akropolis Group a long-term issuer rating of “BB+” with a stable outlook, and S&P Global Ratings has assigned a “BB+” long-term issuer credit rating with a negative outlook.
