There are plans to build a multifunctional complex on the territory of the former assembly plant Velga in Vilnius, to consist of a shopping and entertainment centre and offices buildings.

The multifunctional complex will be constructed in stages. The first stage of development will include installation of the necessary systems and construction of streets and entertainment, business and shopping centres on the abandoned plant territory.

In the spring of 2008, an agreement was signed with Finnish company Stockmann over lease of 12.998 m2 of floor space (sales area of around 9.000 m2) in the Geležinis Vilkas multifunctional complex.
