AKROPOLIS LV, SIA, a subsidiary of AKROPOLIS GROUP, UAB is currently developing two multifunctional real estate projects in Riga.

There are plans to build more than 100.000 m2 multifunctional centre on Daugavgrivas Str., in which the main business will revolve around a shopping and entertainment centre with offices above and beside it and parking facilities installed underground.

The project will be developed in a new business and commercial centre on a 10 ha land lot located on the left-hand bank of the River. The land lot is situated close to the city’s main transport arteries going in the direction of Tallinn and Vilnius and commands convenient transport links with the city centre and the sleeping districts. Project development will take place on the territory of a former forestry machinery plant on Daugavgrivas Street.

It would take 10 minutes to reach the multifunctional centre going from the bus and the railway station.
