The shopping and entertainment centre to be built in Village Biruliškės will have a gross area of 70.000 m2. It will house MAXIMA XXX, Ermitažas and other retail and service companies. The expected gross leasable area will total 44.000 m2.

The shopping centre will also accommodate people travelling on the highways A1 (Vilnius – Klaipėda) and A6 (Kaunas – Zarasai – Daugpilis).

The development of this project will allow trimming a marshy 12,4 ha territory situated at a location that is significant from the geographical and infrastructure point of view – next to highways and an entry point to the city of Kaunas as well as on the way to the Kaunas Free Economic Zone. This location possesses good visibility from highway A1. The urbanisation and maintenance of the territory will both improve the surroundings and mark the territory that is undergoing the most rapid development in the district of Kaunas.
